The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, only a 10-15 minute walk from West Gondola. There were shopping centers and a supermarket around the hotel.

Wonderful hotel, large breakfasts, fab location to the amusement park across the road. Elite and huge room with spectacular views, central heating, an individual safe and a flat-screen TV. A bathtub in the bathroom

Location is convenient and easily accessible. Ski rentals and lifts are just a short walk away from the hotel. The Christmas decorations are beautiful and give a cozy feeling in the lobby. The onsen is a nice place to relax after a long day of skiing.
The front desk staff is not very helpful and not attentive to guests' needs. The food is average and overpriced.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the ski lift and slopes. The views from the rooms are excellent, especially overlooking Mt Isola. The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout our stay. The basic amenities in the rooms are well-maintained and comfortable. The breakfast offered a variety of options, ensuring everyone's tastes were catered to.
All aspects of our stay were satisfactory; nothing to be improved.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel during the off-season. The hotel provided us with a double-storey room that was spacious enough for our family of four. The staff was very friendly and briefed us on emergency exits due to the recent earthquakes. We were able to take a train from the hotel to the amusement park next door, making it very convenient. The hotel also gave us an unlimited ride of the gondola to view the beautiful scenery of Mount Yotei. The room view was fantastic and the onsen at level 2 was a must-visit. The snow was amazing, and the resort was not too crowded. Transportation and parking were easily accessible, and the location was perfect, being close to the ski lift.
Nothing everything was great.

The hotel had a really convenient shuttle bus service that was free and took us straight to our hotel. We also really enjoyed the large hotel rooms with beautiful mountain views. It was great that the hotel had a nice restaurant with a dinner buffet and a spacious onsen.
The male staff member at the front desk had a bad attitude and was not helpful during the check-in process. We also found it frustrating that we had to pay for lockers and onsen access even after checking out.

The venue is a true paradise for skiers and snowboarders. the rooms are incredibly spacious, with a luxurious atmosphere and great attention to detail. From the huge beds to the living room and the fully equipped kitchen, everything was perfect. the onsen was a real highlight, offering spectacular views and a variety of good facilities.
The only slight downside was the location, as it doesn't offer a ski-in and ski-out facility, which can be inconvenient for some guests. the onsen and ski lift were within 5 minutes walking distance which made up for it.
